OUR PROCESS

From brief to delivery: six controlled stages

Our Singapore team coordinates the commercial requirements locally, while our China teams manage supplier communication, production follow-up and quality control through to regional delivery.

Project brief and feasibility

You share the product brief: specifications, quantities, target market, budget, timeline, destination and preferred delivery terms. We review feasibility and flag information gaps before sourcing starts.

Supplier selection and quotation

We identify suitable suppliers, compare capability and quotations, and present clear pricing, lead times, assumptions and exclusions for approval.

Samples and written approvals

Where required, we coordinate samples, drawings, finishes, labels and packaging. Production begins only after written approval of the agreed reference.

Order confirmation and production

The accepted quotation or contract confirms scope, specifications, price, payment milestones, production schedule, inspection plan and delivery responsibilities. We then place the order and manage agreed milestones.

Quality control and shipment release

Our China team follows production, coordinates agreed inspections or testing, documents findings and closes corrective actions before shipment release.

Freight, delivery and after-sales support

We coordinate freight handover, shipping documents and delivery updates under the agreed Incoterm and named place. Claims, warranty matters and repeat orders are handled against the contract.
