What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) vary by product, manufacturer and level of customisation. Where suitable, we can explore lower-quantity pilot orders before moving to larger-volume purchasing. We will confirm the applicable MOQ, pricing tiers and customisation requirements in your quotation.

Can you arrange independent third-party inspections?

Yes. Subject to the agreed project scope, we can coordinate independent inspections through recognised providers such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV, or work with an inspector nominated by you. The inspection scope, timing, acceptance criteria and associated costs will be agreed before the inspection takes place.

How do you protect intellectual property and confidential information?

We use appropriate confidentiality agreements, supplier contractual protections and controlled access to sensitive specifications, designs and files. For proprietary projects, additional intellectual-property, usage and access requirements can be agreed before information is shared with manufacturers.

Do you support OEM, ODM and private-label sourcing?

Yes, depending on the product and manufacturer. We can source options ranging from existing products with your branding and packaging to customised original design manufacturing (ODM) and original equipment manufacturing (OEM). Available options, ownership arrangements, minimum quantities and development requirements will be confirmed during quotation.
